From Interference to Micro-regulation and Macro-control: Change of Government's Legislative Ideas in Intervening Market Economy

The evolution process of the government’s interference in economic law is assessed from the angle of history and by comparing western market economy with China’s improving economy, the conclusion of which is that government’s legislative notions in intervening economy are subject to the development of market economy, which indicates a change of the interference from micro-regulation to macro-control. Under the impact of globalization of world economy, the Chinese government’s legislative concept is changing from sheer regulation to a way of integrity of micro-regulation and macro-control. The key point of China’s economic macro-regulation in the new era is to try hard to lift and raise the status and ratio of interference in economy with legal means and effect the change from executive regulation to legal regulation.
