| Abstract: | To run the country well by its ruling,the Party must be aware of and well handle some important relations that have the fundamental feature,orientation feature and strategic feature.Such relations include the relation between conflict philosophy and harmonious philosophy;the relation among scientific ruling,democratic ruling and ruling by law,as well as the relation between ruling costs and ruling achievements. |
