| 摘 要： | 列宁的新经济政策是从资本主义向社会主义迂回过渡的政策,不仅不是社会主义建设的政策,而且也不是社会主义改造的政策。新经济政策是退却,但这是有限度的、有秩序的、适时将转入反攻的退却。新经济政策并没有改变列宁的社会主义观,列宁与马克思恩格斯的社会主义观是一致的。

| Abstract: | Lenin's new economic policy is one for round about transition from capitalism to socialism, not one for socialist construction, nor one for socialist transformation. The new economic policy is a "retreat" but it is a limited and orderly one necessitated by a timely attack. The new policy does not mean any change in the socialist outlook of Lenin which is in conformity with that of Marx and Engel. |
