| 摘 要： | 经济合同是经济活动中所签订的具有法律效力的契约文书,经济合同语言是体现经济合同职责的语言、文字符号等工具的总和,它存在于经济活动的全过程中。经济合同的订立不可草率,必须慎重,要做到模式规范,内容明确,字词得当,准确运用语言文字订立经济合同,对保护合同有关当事人的合法权益,具有十分重要的意义和作用。

| Abstract: | Economic contract is the contract document signed in the economic activity with force of law. Economic Contract language is the sum of such tools as the language and the text symbols reflecting the duties of Economic Contracts. It exists in the entire process of economic activity. Concluding a contract can not be hasty, must be carefully, making model specified, content clear and words appropriate. Using language precisely can protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties concerned, which is of great significance and role. |
