During the process of the study and discussion on emancipating the mind,the author considers: in order to strengthen and improve on ideological and political work,it is required us to innovate on methods,enhance public security troops building and facilitate the development of public security business in harmonious and scientific way,integrating with practice,analyzing the situation,getting hold of the opportunity,being in response to the challenges.
