| Abstract: | Investor relation management belongs to a new thing on China's securities market, however it has already become an important content of standard governance to listed firms all around the world. In face of the new situation in China's securities market to deepen reform and expand opening up, we should thoroughly analyze and understand from the basic aspect of investor relation management, and put forward specific request on the system foundation and the set up of functional institution. |
