禁毒教育网络组织初探

禁毒教育网络组织是建立在信息技术基础之上的，由具有一定知识技能和能力的部门为了共同的禁毒教育任务而组成的类似于互联网络的组织结构系统。我国禁毒教育组织由全民禁毒教育领导体系、全民禁毒教育专家组、全民禁毒教育工作队伍构成。目前存在的问题主要是：禁毒委员会缺乏指挥督导、协调其他部门的权威性；割裂的层级组织间缺乏整合禁毒社会资源的机制；不能快速适应禁毒教育情况的变化。根据有关法律规定，可以将禁毒教育组织设计为有盟主的网络组织，禁毒委员会以组织者和指挥者的角色出现，社会各界广泛地参与到政府对禁毒教育的决策和运行中来，而禁毒教育的决策也因为综合了各方意愿从而能够得到更顺利的被执行，以此提高禁毒教育网络组织的功能。
