This document removes the Department of Defense's Confidentiality of Medical Quality Assurance (QA) Records and the organizational charter on the Delegation of Authority to Deputy Secretary of Defense codified in the CFR. The parts have served the purpose for which they were intended in the CFR and are no longer necessary.
