| Abstract: | It is a long - term phenomenon in the law practice of China to extort a confession by torture. It takes shape historically, politically and legislatively. Anyway, objectively its formation has many causes. In view of the relevant reasons, this paper puts for ward such solutions as to perfect the legislation, improve the policemen's qualities and technique equipment, and rigorously enforce the law. |
