| 摘 要： | 因历史传统的沿袭,印章在中国社会生活中始终扮演着极其重要的角色,它被大量地运用到诸如合同、票据和证件等文书之中,以证明其真实性和有效性。然而,正是由于印章具有较高的普遍适用价值,一些不法分子遂开始通过伪造和变造等方式实施经济诈骗行为,旨在攫取高昂的金钱利益,致使正常的经济交往蕴藏着无限的安全隐患。
