| Abstract: | With the adjustment of domestic economic structure and coordination of the European Union with regard to legislation in 1990s, British trade unions that historically had significant influence and had a great deal of work experience face with a series of great challenges. The influence of trade unions has reduced now. Rebuilding effective force has become a main option and a development direction of British trade unions in a new situation. |
