| Abstract: | There are many defects and matters with responsibility system of leading cadres level by level and post responsibility system in public security organs. We must steadily promote the construction of post responsibility system in the new way of thinking and with the practical spirit. At the same time, we should investigate the responsibility for accidents and strengthen ideological and political work. |
