| 摘 要： | 唐太宗为首的统治集团,鉴戒亡隋教训,视官吏贪腐为戕害社稷江山和官吏长久富贵的国殇.贞观年间一方面构筑思想防范的道德教化体系,另一方面着力从法律、选官、监察等层面构筑制度控防体系,建立防治贪腐的运行机制,倡廉惩贪,扬清激浊,营造清正俭约的廉政环境,为当代社会防腐反贪提供了弥足珍贵的启示.
