浅谈科学发展观视角下经济增长方式的转变

在科学发展观的指导下，从建设生态文明的角度来思考经济增长问题，经济学就需要新的理论和观念。在生态伦理的视角下，人不是自然的征服者和主人，人类并没有超越其他自然物的特殊权利，人与自然的关系包含了人类对自然物与自然物之间关系的尊重。在这种生态伦理的约束下，需要转变经济增长方式，建立经济增长（人口增长、人均消费和GDP增长）与生态环境的和谐关系。

Transformation of Economic Growth Mode in the Perspective of Scientific Development Concept

New theory and new concept are being needed in the perspective of scientific development while the mode of eco- nomic growth is being considered from the angle of ecological civilization .In the perspective of ecological ethic, humankind isn＇t the owner of the natural world and hasn＇t special right surpass the natural world,there is a good relation based on mutual respect and understanding between a human being and the natural world.Under eological ethics restraint,the past mode of economic growth is needed to change into the mode of economic development in which a harmonious relation would be set-up between economic growth and ecological environment.
