当前我国高校商法课程教学的困境与对策

当前我国高校商法课程教材编写混乱,商法课程教学方法不能满足实践需要,这与我国的商法学课程建设起步晚、投入力量少有密切关系,商法在历史上就没有公认的体系也给商法学科建设造成了很大障碍。对此,我们要在编写商法教材与教学大纲中,协调好商法与其他法学课程的关系,提炼出商法分则的红线,并在商法课程教学实践中创新教学方法。

There is confusion in China＇ s colleges commercial law curriculum materials preparing and commercial law courses teaching methods can not meet the needs of practice for the present. This has closely relation with the condition that our country＇ s research on the construction of commercial law course start lately and less energy been put into. Commercial law in history has no recognized system also posed a great obstacle to the commercial law courses building. So we have to coordinate the relationship between the commercial law and other law course in the preparation of commercial law teaching materials and curricula, extracted from the red line in sub - rule of commercial law and to innovative teaching methods in commercial law courses practice.
