| 摘 要： | 当前中国站在一个新的历史起点上,开始步入承前启后的新阶段。客观上的社会结构转型、社会主要矛盾转型和改革动力转型,要求我们必须在主观上自觉地进行宏观改革与发展政策的战略性转型,以从容面对和化解矛盾与问题,把各项事业推向前进。

| Abstract: | Standing on new historical starting points at present,china begins to enter into a new phase of inheriting the past and ushering in the future.The objective transformation on social structure,main social contradiction and reform power demand us subjectively to make consciously the macroscopic reform and the strategic transformation of development policy,so that we can calmly face with and ease the contradiction and advance our various careers. |
