| 摘 要： | 近年来,重大责任事故犯罪呈多发、高发态势。现行刑法对此罪的定罪量刑不准确,导致司法实践中对此类案件的查处存在操作难、处理难、惩治乏力等问题,因此我们应该对该罪的法条进行修改。
