| Abstract: | Combat corruption has a bearing on improving the governing capability of the CPC. Now some existing problems in combat corruption can not help to improve the governing capability of the CPC. So we must fight more vigorously against corruption so as to improve the governing capability of the CPC in accordance with the instructions of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee. |
