| Abstract: | Bring enterprise s information to light means to make the behavior of enterprise and the lead-ers of the enterprise known to the public. The kernel of it is overt. It aims to create good conditions for staff and workers' participating in the management of enterprise. For this reason, bringing enterprises information to light will play an important role in introducing new management mechanism for the reform of state - owned en-terprises , achieving the goal of promoting enterprises democratic management, promoting enterprises develop-ment. |
