| Abstract: | There are both historical and practical reasons for the general backward situation of the economy and culture in the western areas compared with the eastern areas. In the course of the large-scale western development, it is suggested to set up The Law for Invigorating the Western Areas aimed at solving the problems in these areas. The development must follow the law. Sustainable development is an ideal selection. |
