| Abstract: | Sticking to the pioneering and innovative spirit and developing with the advance of the times constitute the theoretical basis of the Party's holding power. Making great efforts to develop productive forces and improve the Party's leadership over the economic work constitute the basic mark of the Party's holding power. Serving the people heart and soul has been the basic experience in the Party's holding power. Constantly strengthening and improving Party building has become the guarantee of Party's holding power. Stressing the overall interests while coordinating those of all quarters concerned are the main principles of improving the style of the Party's holding power. |
