行政强制执行模式探析

我国目前行政强制执行模式存在着立法不统一、执行权归属不科学、执行监督与救济机制缺乏等问题，这些制约了我国行政强制执行制度的发展。在借鉴国外相关经验基础上，统一行政强制立法，重构我国行政强制执行模式，设置科学的实施程序，以改善我国的行政强制执行模式。
