with the development of productivity and the global informationization,the network,the center of the world economy is inclined to the service industry,the development level of the service trade has become the embodiment of a country＇s comprehensive national strength and influence.As trade in services will be the main topic in the new round of WTO negotiations and regional economic cooperation negotiations,it is necessary for us to explore the international service trade law origin and connotation,advantages and disadvantages and to our country.To do a good job,must first sharpen his device,we have a comprehensive understanding of the international trade in service attributes,based on national conditions,and avoid weaknesses,gradually improve our service trade legislation,can we create Chinese service brand of the world economy,the spread of Chinese culture,foreign economic development,fully meet the challenge of TPP,so as to realize national happiness,each of us the Chinese dream.
