论微博著作权及其保护

Micro blogging,a new type of network communication platform,is changing people＇s ways of life as well as producing inevitable legal problem-micro blog＇s copyright.Recently,the problem of the micro blogging copyright protection has aroused widely controversy in the academic community,but according to the ＂Copyright Law＂,as long as the content of the micro blogging complies with the work conditions,it should be entitled to the protection of copyright law.As a matter of fact,what makes the micro blogging copyright infringement occur frequently could be attributed to its own characteristics＇ limits and the present poor legal relief channels.In addition,the particularity and complexity of the micro blogging copyright infringement leads to most copyright owners have difficulty in finding the infringement evidence.Therefore,in order to protect the copyright of the micro blogging and purify its using environment,it is recommended that we should formulate the specific and effective criteria of micro blogging copyright infringement and carry out the micro blog real-name registration system,while we can protect the copyright of micro blogging and safeguard the interests of copyright holders by improving the relevant laws and regulations and clearing the legal responsibility of network service providers.
