Thinking of Improving the Cadets under the New Situation of Learning Ability

The army as the armed group of countries,its function is extended to the quasi war military action,non war military action and to support the nation building,it covered and involved more and more complex areas.In order to meet the urgent need of performing diversified military tasks,contents and standards of learning ability must be accurate positioning of cadets,expand and improve the learning capacity training channels.
