| 摘 要： | 如何抓住西部大开发的历史机遇,改变后进民族的状况,在可持续发展中实现各民族的共同繁荣,这是目前面临的一个极为重要的课题。本文通过对边疆少数民族人口聚居区怒江州在可持续发展中存在的主要问题及其原因进行分析,有针对性地提出了一些解决的思路和对策,旨在探讨新时期促进边疆民族地区脱贫致富的有效途径。

| Abstract: | At present, it's an most important subject that how to make use of the historical opportunity in opening the West to change the people's backwardness, to make all kinds of nationalities to realize common prosperous. This article analyzed the questions and causes that influence continuous development in Nujiang autonomous prefecture, and put forward some thinking and counter-measures with the goal to push forward and seek the effective advancing road in the national border area with nationalities. |
