浅析高等学校行政管理的改革创新意识

随着我国经济实力的日益增强及社会对教育事业的重视和支持,高等学校正处于前所未有的快速发展的时期。但高校行政管理的科学与否是影响新时期高校发展的重要因素。分析当前高等学校行政管理普遍存在的诸多问题,结合实际工作经验提出改革和培养高等学校行政管理创新意识的想法和措施。

Preliminary Analysis of Colleges and Universities Administrative Reform and Innovation Consciousness

With China＇s economic strength strengthen increasingly and the growing attention and support of social education,the colleges and universities are in an unprecedented fast development momentum.But the scientific or not of administration in colleges and universities will affect the development of colleges and universities in the new period is an important factor.Based on the analysis of common problems of administrative management in colleges and combined with practical work experience,the reform and innovation of administrative management and some ideas and measures of cultivating consciousness in higher schools are put forward.
