摘    要:人力资源是企业的黄金资源,民主管理作为开发人力资源的重要手段和途径,要在企业管理中发挥生产力最活跃因素———职工的重要作用,必须正确把握民主管理与人力资源的关系,探索有效措施,实现企业与职工的"双赢"。

Abstract:Human resources are the golden resources of enterprises. In order to exert the most active factor of productive force in enterprises management-workers' important roles, democratic management, as a very important means and way to explore human resources, must correctly grasp the relationship between democratic management and human resources, must explore effective measures and realize win-win between enterprises and workers.
