| 摘 要： | 党的十六大以来,“三农”问题受到中央的高度重视,政府出台了相关政策,农村粮食增产,农垦系统实现了良好的经营发展业绩。但面对宏观经济走势与市场变化还会有新的挑战与矛盾,农垦系统要通过改革与制度创新求得新的发展。

| Abstract: | Since the 16th National Congress of the CPC, agriculture, rural area and farmers have gained considerable attention from the top leadership. Many policies and regulations have been promulgated. Grain production has been increased markedly. Large profits have been made in the land exploitation sector, but the macro-economy and charges in the market have posed challenges against it, so something more must be done. |
