我国慈善事业之现状与发展

当前,我国慈善事业存在着意识低、官味浓、形式单一等问题,这与政府角色错位、激励机制缺位、绩效评价缺失、法律法规滞后有关。为此,要扩大慈善宣传,尽早出台《慈善事业促进法》,落实并革新慈善政策,加强慈善组织建设,并积极推进基层慈善组织的健康发展。

To develop philanthropic work has an important effect and meaningfulness upon assigning social wealth,propping up societal guarantee system and constructing spiritual civilization and harmonious society.At present,philanthropic work is facing to some problems such as the indifferent charitable notions,officialism and monotonizing in running,as has something to do with the wrong of government role,the absence of encouragement mechanism,the lack of performance evaluation,the lag of law enactment.Therefore,it is expected to make more publicity about charity,enact the Act of Charity Promotion as soon as possible,strengthen the construction of charitable organization,and actively boost the sound development of grass-roots charity.
