摘    要:文化资源是区域软实力的重要组成部分。民间工艺文化、民间建筑文化、民间服饰文化、民间节庆文化、民间山水文化等是罗城仫佬族特色文化资源的重要组成部分。以发展文化产业链为主线、培育文化市场为目标、创造文化精品为关键、发展文化旅游业为依托是仫佬族特色文化资源的发展模式。建立健全公共文化服务基础设施、制定合理完善的文化政策、构建多元化的融资渠道、加大文化队伍培养力度是完善仫佬族特色文化资源的路径选择。

National Cultural Resource Industries: Development Pattern, Plight and Path Choice --Take Guangxi Mulao as An Example

Abstract:Cultural resources are an important part of regional soft power. The folk arts and crafts, folk architectural culture, costume culture, folk festival culture, folk culture is an important part of the landscape characteristics- Luocheng Mulao cultural resources. With the development of cultural industrial chain as the main line, cultivate the cultural market as the goal, it is essential to create a culture of quality as the key, the development of cultural tourism is the development mode of cultural resources. There are some path choices: Establishing and perfecting facilities, formulating reasonable and perfect cultural policy, establishing diversified financing channels, strengthening cuhural team training.
