| 摘 要： | 网络反腐作为一种新型的社会舆论监督形式,虽有其效度,但也有其限度。网络反腐自身要得以健康发展,一个首要的前提则是需要各类社会政治行为主体增强对其正确认识。正确认识网络反腐,不仅包括对网络反腐基本内涵和内在性质的认识,而且还包括对网络反腐运行机理、功能效限及其与制度反腐关系的认识。

| Abstract: | Although the network anti-corruption as a new form of social supervision have itself validities, and also have itself limitations. The primary premise of the network anti-corruption is to enhance correct understanding of all kinds of social and political behavior subject. Correct understanding of the network anti-corruption, includes not only the basic connotation and the intrinsic property, but also the running mechanism, the functional limitations and the relationship between the network anti-corruption and the institutional anti-corruption. |
