| Abstract: | Under the national policy of building a resource - saving and environmentally - friendly society in China, Wuhan and Changzhutan Metropolitan Circles are authorized as the pilot projects of comprehensive reform, marking the implementing phase in building the Two - Oriented Society, of which the core goal is to strike harmony between man and nature. This paper elaborates on the importance of ecological network of Metropolitan Circle for building the Two - Oriented Society, points out how to construct it taking Wuhan Metropolitan Circle as an instance and finally raises several issues which need further research and solution. |
