冷战后期，越共党组织的发展曾遭受重大挫折，党员数量持续下降。然而，到了后冷战时代，它却获得了迅速的发展。主要原因在于：越共领导的革新开放事业所取得的巨大成就．大大提高了她在全国的威望，增强了她的凝聚力；越共积极反腐的举措及其所取得的成效赢得了民众的信任；冷战后发展中国家社会主义运动的重大发展增强了越南人民对社会主义发展前途的信心。

The Cause of Prompt Development of the Party Organization of CPV after the Cold War

In the late of cold war,the development of the CPV's organization suffered serious setback,the number of its members continued to decline.However,it had a rapid development in the post-cold war era.Why-There are three reasons:Firstly,Vietnam has developed greatly by reforming and opening up under the leadership of the CPV,which has greatly enhanced the prestige and strengthened the cohesion of the CPV in the country.Secondly,the CPV has struggled against corruption positively and achieved great effectiveness,which has made her won the people's trust.Thirdly,the great development on the Socialist Movement in the developing countries enhances the Vietnamese people's confidence in the future of socialism.
