| 摘 要： | 中国计划经济体制下的职工体育在市场经济浪潮的冲击下，再也难现当年辉煌。为了亿万在职职工的身体健康，做好企事业单位《全民健身计划纲要》的规划部署工作，使之能够在市场经济条件下生存发展，是摆在我们面前的重大课题。依据转型期我国多种所有制企事业单位职工体育的现状，职工体育要摈弃企事业单位内部组织管理的单一模式，走出一条符合市场经济多元化发展的道路。
