Trade Unions at the Grass - roots Should Earnestly Realize "Three Transitions"

At the present stage of social transition, the trade unions must implement the important thought of the "Three Represents" in order to direct trade union work, throw away traditional running mechanism which formed at the planned economy if trade unions want to become a new-style organization and complete their basic duty of safeguarding legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff members. There should be readjustments such as changing their ideas, serving for reform, the building of cadres, guiding principles and model for work.
