| Abstract: | The Huangpu Military Academy is a school for training military officers established by the Kuomintang in cooperation with the CPC during the period of the first domestic revolutionary war. Based on a unique operational mode,the Huangpu Military Academy cultivated a batch of military and political personnel,becoming a famous institution influencing the development process of Chinese revolution. The operational mode and characteristics of the Huangpu Military Academy provide us with an important reference and inspiration for carrying out the work of cadre education and training in the new period. |
