| 摘 要： | 随着网络经济的迅速发展,网络环境下的知识产权保护成为令人关注的热点问题。作为科技情报服务工作之一的科技查新咨询工作也存在着潜在侵权和被侵权的双重可能。侵害网络知识产权主要有对网络性质确定模糊、著作权人认定困难、作品复制容易及法律滞后等多方面的原因,需要采取完善相关的法律法规、加强法制教育、提高网络监管的技术水平等有效措施,以防止侵权行为的发生。

| Abstract: | With the quick development of network economy,protection of property right of knowledge in network circumstance has been a people's concern.As one of scientific information services,scientific research and consultation also has double possibilities of rights-violating and rights-violated.The violation of network knowledge property right mainly involves many reasons,such as defining the feature of network,identifying the author of a given works,copying easily and legislation-lag.More attentions should be paid.Perfect some relative laws.Strengthen legal enlightenment.Improve the level of supervising on network.All these measures aim to prevent rights-violating. |
