论社会弱势群体与社会稳定

目前我国社会弱势群体的规模十分庞大，具有生活贫困，社会救助极为有限，深受相对剥夺感和社会改革不断深化的双重困扰，较强的整合性易演化为集体行为等特征，是社会稳定的巨大隐患。他们可能成为潜在的社会动荡的火药桶，带来高犯罪率，并容易引发对改革开放产生否定性评价。对此，建立一个全民享有的社会保障系统，是解决该问题的基础性工作。

At present in our college ,the scale of the social weak group is very parge .There are poor in living receive limited social relief and are suffered deeply from the double disturbance by feeling of being exploited and and social reform .As a group,their behavior evolute into collective behavior more easily .Having these features ,they are a big hidden danger to the social stability .Pahaps ,they will become a latent powder key threatening the social peace,make the crime rate high and cause a negative receive to the reform easily.Therefore,the article holds that it's the basic work to solve this problem to establish a social ensurance system.
