| 摘 要： | 国防教育不仅具有增强大学生国防观念的功能,而且有利于提高大学生的综合素质。通过国防教育,可以培养和升华大学生的公民素质、政治素质、道德素质、身体素质和心理素质等。要规范大学生的国防教育,提高大学生的国家安全意识,搞好军训工作,使之制度化、长效化。

| Abstract: | The national defense education not only enhances the national defense awareness of college students,but also improves the overall quality of them.National defense education could train and raise the civil,political,moral,physical,and psychological qualities of students.Therefore,we have to standardize national defense education,improve students' awareness of national security,and institutionalize military training in a long run. |
