| 摘 要： | 当代中国侦查学研究存在着未能对"侦查学"的概念进行科学合理的界定,想当然地总结侦查学的研究方法,学科体系结构不合理,对侦查学原理的认识混乱,侦查方法理论成果未能很好地指导实践等问题。这些问题的存在说明了中国侦查学研究存在着不足,因此要加强侦查学基础研究才能促进侦查学学科健康发展。

| Abstract: | There are many defects in Chinese criminal investigation： the lack of a scientific definition of ＂ the investigation science＂,unreasonable researching means and researching system,confusing understand of the theory about the investigation science,the failure in turning the theory into practice,etc. This reflects our ignorance of Chinese criminal investigation and the need for intensive research in this area in order to promote its healthy development. |
