| 摘 要： | 性贿赂犯罪在我国当下的现实生活中日益增多,给我国社会的安定带来了极大的危害。作为一种新型的贿赂手段,性贿赂一直以来都是司法部门和刑法学界关注的问题。性贿赂是否构成犯罪,如何正确对待日益严重的这一现象,从法律的角度对这一现象加以控制和防治,是司法部门与刑法学界亟待解决的重要问题。

| Abstract: | The increase of sexual bribery is a threat to social stability in China. As a new means of bribery,sexual bribery has always been a concern of the justice department and the science of criminal law. Whether sexual bribery is a crime or not and how to deal with this phenomenon become more and more serious. Therefore,to control and prevent sexual bribery has been an urgent problem to be solved. |
