| 摘 要： | 适应经济社会发展对劳动者评价标准的素质取向和趋势,高职思想政治理论课在教学中应加强对学生的职业认同培育,找准职业价值认同培育的着力点,以职业发展状况教育为着力点进行国情教育;以职业理想的树立为着力点进行理想教育;以职业价值观培育为着力点进行社会价值观培育;以职业道德的树立为着力点进行道德素质培育;以职业纪律教育为着力点进行法制和纪律教育。帮助学生树立基本的职业意识、科学的职业理想、正确的职业价值观、良好的职业道德修养和职业行为规范,从而增强高职思想政治理论课教学的针对性和实效性。

| Abstract: | To adapt the economic and social development,the ideological and political theory course should strengthen and cultivate the students’ vocational identity in college.By finding some key points from career prospects,professional values and professional ethics to professional discipline,It can help students to establish the basic career awareness,aspirations and the correct values of the career,which will enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political theory course during the teaching. |
