| 摘 要： | 公职人员海外洗钱愈演愈烈,当局必须予以严厉打击。为此,必须标本兼治,内外并举,分工合作。洗钱是标,腐败是本,反洗钱和反腐败必须双管齐下;一国力难完成海外反洗钱的任务,须加强国际合作;此为一系统工程,各部门须协同作战,齐抓共管。
