Up till now, industrial sectors have concentrated most of China's FDI and have played an important role in China's absorbing FDI. By entering the World Trade Organization, China promises to take all necessary measures to become more open in trade system and slacken constraints to foreign investors. Without doubt, these measures will bring great influence on the amount and pattern of FDI. In order to make FDI go along the way as we expect, the government should adjust the present FDI policies system accordingly.
