新体制下高职院校投入制度改革研究

建立科学而完备的教育投入制度是我国当前十分重要的改革任务,应该提高到中华民族兴衰和发展的高度来认识。我国教育体制改革提出“按照新的管理体制和运行机制办学”的基本原则,国家对高等职业教育给予了积极的支持和高度的关注,但要切实解决好高职教育投入的制度、路径与方式等问题,建立可行、稳定而有效的经费投入体系仍然是一个既重大又迫切,并且是短时间内难以解决的问题。

Study in Reform of the Investment System for Professional Schools in the New Institutional Framework

Setting up a scientific and complete system of education investment is one of the most significant tasks of reform,and ought to be reviewed in reference to the prosperity or degeneration of China as a nation and its development.Increasing educational investment and collecting financial resource of education from multiple channels serve as the most practical and significant measure for promoting the development of the Chinese education and its arising level.The basic principle of "implementing education according to new management system and new operating mechanism" was advocated for the reform of the Chinese education system.At the same time,the government has already offered active support and paid high attention to higher professional education.However,solution to the issues like institution,channel and method of investment in higher professional education and building an effective,sustainable,and practical system of financial investment are still an important and imminent problem,which are difficult to deal with in a short term.
