| 摘 要： | 抗日战争时期,冬学运动获得了充分的发展。在中国共产党的领导下,其具体的领导与管理工作,不仅有专门管理机构的主导,而且有群众团体的积极参与。两种力量所组成的强大统一战线,促进了冬学运动的领导与管理制度逐渐完善。
