| 摘 要： | 国际互联网的发展给传统的知识产权体系带来的是无尽的侵权纠纷,在单一的法律手段难以有效保护网络知道产权的现状下,促使人们反思网络社会秩序有效建立的各个要素,特别是道德因素对法律实现的辅助作用。
