| 摘 要： | 大学英语教师素质的提高,关系到中国英语教育的发展。本文就如何提高大学英语教师综合素质从两方面进行了阐述:一是思想道德素质的提高;二是基本业务素质的提高。其中在基本业务素质的提高中提出了笔者自己的一些看法和建议,以期对英语教学有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The improvement of English teachers' quality is closely related to the development of English education in China. This thesis focuses on how to improve the college English teachers' comprehensive quality in the following two aspects: the improvement of ideology and morality and the improvement of basic professional quality. When referring to the basic professional quality, some new ideas and suggestion are put forward to current English teaching. |
