| 摘 要： | 法律理念的重要意义有二:一则在于弥补法律的不足,二则在于以超越的目光审视实然的法律,以其所追求的价值理念,使恶法由污浊变为清澈,使有缺陷的法变得比较完善,使良法变得更加美好。
